On April 28, 2022, Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL), hosted a dedication ceremony for its newly
acquired NGL terminal located in Hull, Texas. .
PHOENIX PARK ACQUIRES TEXAS TERMINAL
On January 21, 2022 Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) through its wholly owned subsidiary Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM), completed its acquisition of an NGLs terminal located in Hull Texas, USA. The terminal was purchased from Keyera Energy Inc. (KEI), a subsidiary of Keyera Corporation (Keyera), one of the largest midstream oil and gas operators in Canada with headquarters in Calgary.

TTNGL Summary Financial Statements
Despite a challenging year, Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (‘TTNGL’/’Company’) recorded an after-tax profit of TT$5.8 million for the year ended 31 December 2020. This translated into earnings per share of TT$0.04.
TTNGL’s underlying asset Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (‘PPGPL’) recorded average product prices and gas processing volumes which were respectively 31.1% and 16.5% lower than in 2019. NGL production for 2020 was 15.8% lower than in 2019.

MILAT Gets a Face-Lift Courtesy PPGPL
On the lush green acreage of the old Teachers’ Training College located in Mausica is the home of The Military-Led Academic Training Program- MILAT. The program recently transferred to the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service is run by the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force. On February 22, the institution officially re-opened its refurbished dining and multipurpose hall, a main meeting place for over 100 cadets who are resident at the facility.

Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited has announced its acquisition of a US entity. Effective February 01, 2020, PPGPL through its wholly owned US subsidiary, Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC, acquired the NGL marketing assets of Twin Eagle Liquids Marketing LLC. Twin Eagle Liquids Marketing LLC is a Company based in Houston, Texas, USA and is engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of natural gas liquids in Canada, USA and Mexico via rail.
PPGPL HELPS DEFENCE FORCE WITH DISASTER RESPONSE EQUIPMENT
PPGPL Donates Dinghies to the TTDF. These two small water crafts will be used to rescue persons from flooded areas throughout the country. This initiative is one of many led by PPGPL, which has partnered with the TTDF to fund projects in the areas of disaster response and youth empowerment. read more.
