Phoenix Park Set to Expand Hull Texas Terminal
Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEML) has embarked upon a strategic initiative to expand the delivery capacity of its Phoenix Park Hull Terminal located in Hull, Texas. The company recently signed a procurement and construction (P&C) contract with 360 Rail Services to further increase the outbound capacity by an additional 40%. Since the Terminal was acquired by PPEML in 2022, the capacity has doubled and was made available to customers in Q4 2023.

2023 Safety Award Winner
For the 21st consecutive time, we've clinched the top spot in the Gas Processors Association’s (GPA) safety performance award in the prestigious International Division II category! Adding to our accolades, we proudly received the 2023 Perfect Record Award, marking another year with no lost time accidents. The Chairman, Dr. Joseph Khan, and President, Dominic Rampersad, personally accepted these honors during their visit to Dallas in May.

PPGPL Publishes 1st ESG Report
Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) launched its first ESG report at its administrative office in Couva. Company president Dominic Rampersad presented the 2022 report to PPGPL’s chairman Dr. Joseph Khan. On the occasion, Mr. Rampersad expressed PPGPL’s commitment to transparency through reporting on key areas of business including environmental, social and governance. He noted that while there is a global emphasis on environmental and social matters, governance is equally important as it plays a critical role in the success and sustainability of a business. In commending PPGPL for producing its first report of its kind, Dr. Khan acknowledged the efforts of the Health, Safety and Sustainability team that worked on compiling the comprehensive report. While ESG reporting is required in certain countries, it is not a requirement in Trinidad and Tobago, however PPGPL chose to begin voluntary report, as it enters another phase in its ESG journey.

Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM) a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) has strengthened its relationship with its largest customer, Intersim SA (SIMSA GROUP, Mexico) by signing a non- binding Letter of Intent on August 9, 2023 in Mexico.

PPGPL SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH GHANA CONSORTIUM
On August 3, 2023 Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) signed a Technical Services Agreement with The Gas Gathering Limited (TGGL) of Ghana, a private consortium. Under this agreement, PPGPL will be providing technical and commercial advisory services, drawing on its expertise in the fields of process and mechanical engineering, project management, process operations, and commercial. This is a continuation of The NGC Group’s association with Ghana, to commercialize technical services in the Group’s thrust to globalize its operations in service of its mission and vision.

On January 21, 2022 Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) through its wholly owned subsidiary Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM), completed its acquisition of an NGLs terminal located in Hull Texas, USA. The terminal was purchased from Keyera Energy Inc. (KEI), a subsidiary of Keyera Corporation (Keyera), one of the largest midstream oil and gas operators in Canada with headquarters in Calgary.
