PPGPL Secures Second AMCHAM Award
For the second year in a row PPGPL has emerged a winner in AMCHAM’s Excellence in HSE Awards. PPGPL was a joint winner with BPtt and YARA in the large category Energy & Manufacturing. 
PPGPL hosts Mozambican Delegation
PPGPL was pleased to welcome a visiting delegation from Mozambique on September 29th. The delegation led by Abdul Noormahomed, vice minister for Mineral Resources included Arsenio Mabote, chairman, National Petroleum Institute and Ramiro Nguiraze, provincial director for Mineral Resources.
Mission to Safely Reach Launch
On the heels of the Click for Life campaign last year, PPGPL has launched yet another national road safety campaign, Mission to Safely Reach. With an annual average of 200 road fatalities in Trinidad and Tobago, the issue of road safety is in need of urgent attention. As a safety leader in the energy sector, PPGPL has taken up the mantle to share its safety philosophy with the national community.
19th Safety Milestone
On August 24th 2011, PPGPL recorded its 19th consecutive year without a lost time incident. This remarkable achievement is testimony to the company’s mantra that accidents can be prevented.
