Electrical & Instrumentation Technician III

The E&I Technician III plans,supervises and leads preventative and corrective electrical and instrumentation maintenance work programmes as directed by the E&I Superintendent. The position develops and assigns work teams to complete tasks of electrical and instrumentation repairs, overhauls and replacements; troubleshoots electrical equipment malfunctions, recommends remedial measures and initiates appropriate actions; performs calibration checks on instruments to ensure that they are serviceable and conform to required specifications; reports, diagnoses and records abnormal instrument readings and conditions; ensures the availability, serviceability and safekeeping of tools and spare parts; supervises contract work; prepares operational reports relating to the Company's E&I maintenance function and trains and develops other E&I Technicians in matters concerning E&I maintenance work.

 

Mechanical Technician IV

 

The Mechanical Technician IV is an integral member of the Mechanical Group whose primary business is providing maintenance and construction services to its principal customer, the Processing Group. The extent of work is determined by repetitive maintenance demand captured in department work plans, generated preventive and condition based maintenance routines, scheduled and unscheduled outages, corrective maintenance, restoration and mechanical construction. Customer satisfaction is achieved when these services are delivered on time and at lowest cost.

 

Technician IV - Process

 

The position of Technician IV - Process provides operational, analytical and production information in support of the plant operations process as well as co-ordinates and supervises the gas and liquids testing activities of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited. The position undertakes routine sampling on plant streams to ensure that optimum performance is met; conducts product sampling during shipping; executes production reports and updates production network spreadsheets; conducts routine repairs to laboratory equipment; conducts appropriate surveys on plant process and equipment and conducts necessary training of plant personnel in laboratory functions.

The position exercises an overseeing function over the Plant operations process as and when required.
