PHILANTHROPIC POLICY STATEMENT Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited, as a good corporate citizen, desires to support the community through financial and resource support. It is the company’s philosophy to assist those less fortunate, support non profit organizations from which we benefit, and generally serve the community. The Philanthropic philosophy of PPGPL will be a mechanism for both employee and community participation for support of projects which exhibit a commitment to being long-term, measurable, financially accountable and of broad community benefit. PPGPL’s commitment will generally be for one year or less or until the end of a program or project. Notwithstanding the altruistic benefits of these contributions, this expenditure will be considered an investment in corporate image enhancement from which maximum returns in terms of public goodwill will be sought.
