COMMUNITY & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Since its inception in 1991, Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited has recognized its social responsibility to national growth and development. While we focused on growing our business we established a Philanthropic Contributions Committee which to date evaluates and approves requests for financial and infrastructural assistance from national and community organizations especially non governmental organizations (NGO’s) and community based organizations (CBO’s).

In response to requests over the years, we have focused our financial support on education and youth development, the socially disadvantaged, sports and culture and the physically challenged.

In addition to responding to requests the PCC also selects major projects to support every year based on their potential impact and benefits to wide sectors of the population. The committee which comprises 7 members of staff meets monthly to determine how monies from the PC fund would be disbursed in accordance with the PCC Policy.
