Receptionist

Two (2) Temporary Positions          

Periods required:

3 months and 6 months respectively

Job Summary
The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to operate the telephone switch board, and receive and relay incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or location. Other duties include greeting corporate visitors, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or department, as well as provide administrative support for the department’s activities, as required.
